It is often challenging to enjoy the present moment for what it is in our fast-paced modern day life. Mindfulness can help us be intentional with our awareness and fully experience the present moment - without judgment, and while acknowledging and accepting one's thoughts and feelings. Many research studies have proven the efficacy of mindfulness to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Join us for a one-hour workshop that explores the core mindfulness skills to ground yourself and experience one of life's greatest gifts - the present moment.

Topics that will be covered:

- What is mindfulness?

- Identifying and intentionally creating opportunities to practise being fully present

- Breath work

- Practical skills to tolerate uncomfortable emotions
