About Jenny:
During my career, I have had the privilege of working all over the world; being kidnapped; commuting through the Borneo jungle; and learning to be effective in the normal office environments of Asia, Europe, America and Africa. My career includes ten years as an ex-Equity Partner at Towers Perrin (now WillsTowersWatson ), previously set up, run and sold four successful businesses and now on my fifth: running a successful tech start-up with a unique proposition in the leadership space. (I also own and run an alpaca farm!). I have been researching Collaborative Leadership for over 10 years, and I am widely published in academic and trade journals.
