Drawing from extensive research and clinical experience, we will explore the psychological and physiological underpinnings of this addiction, examining how it manifests in behaviors, relationships, and self-perception. Attendees will gain insights into the feedback loops and internal experiences that perpetuate this cycle, as well as the broader impacts on individuals and those around them. By unpacking these layers, we aim to illuminate pathways toward healing and transformation.

Presenter: Dr Scott Lyons
