2026 NZPsS Annual Conference
Rydges Hotel Auckland - 26 to 29 August

Moemoeā: Remember the past and dream for the future

Academic Programme Convenors: Dr Tania Cargo, Professor Julia Ioane, Glynnis Carolissen, and Dr Rebekah Graham

We warmly invite you to join us at the New Zealand Psychological Society Annual Conference and AGM. This year we are coming together with the theme Moemoeā: Remember the past and dream for the future. The 2026 Conference offers opportunity to share research, insights, and practices that contribute to the wellbeing of individuals, communities, and society as a whole. Whether you are a researcher, practitioner, student, or policymaker, your voice shapes the practice of psychology in Aotearoa New Zealand. The conference programme features presentations that will engage in meaningful kōrero, demonstrate collaborative endeavours, and/or create a shared understanding of psychological wellbeing that aligns with the Society’s commitment to honour He Whakaputanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. We look forward to seeing you at Conference 2026!
